He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Bi-Yu; his wife Ching-Chih; his children, Anne (Don DiMasi) of Lexington, Massachusetts, Catherine (Edward Chen) of Needham, Massachusetts and John (Yi-Ling Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Emily, Jason, Christopher, Melanie and Heidi. He was also cherished by (father) and Liang-Hsu Chen's (mother) twelve children.
