It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Warner V. Slack (Newton, Massachusetts), who passed away on June 23, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn; his children, Alison, Jennifer and Charlie; and his grandson Sean Peters.
