Ostrosky (Jones) and Chad Joseph Ostrosky; his sisters, Ciara Ostrosky and Caylie Ostrosky; his grandparents, James Jones (Tara) and Christina Boyle (Richard Boyle) of Conway; his great-grandparents, Donna Rust (Myran Rust) of Agawam, MA and George Jones (Patricia Horan); his grandmother Patricia Ostrosky of Baltimore, MD; and his great-grandparent Aubrey Warren of Baltimore. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
