He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred F. Gallese and Evelyn Gallese (Peters); his spouse Veronique Ann Gallese (Plante); his brother Roger Gallese; and his stepson Robert Scanlon.
He is survived by: his children, Claudine Preite (James) and Jeffrey Gallese (Valerie); his grandchildren, Fallon Preite Tierney (Ryan), Chase Preite (Kaitlyn), Thane Preite (Hannah) and Alicia Davis (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Logan, Lauren, Tate and Grace; his sisters, Marilyn Carlson (Roger), Diane Gallese Parsons and Leslie Schmidt; and his stepson Sean Scanlon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home For Funerals- West Chapel (521 W Main St, North Adams, MA 01247). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations are suggested for the North Adams American Legion through the funeral home.
