The passing of Theresa Genevieve Wood in North Adams, Massachusetts, born in Bennington, Vermont leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on March 21, 2025 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Marcus Wood; her siblings, George Allard, Veronica McCann, Alfred Allard, Norman Allard and Madeleine Fitzgerald; and her great grandchild Carrick Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Wood Jr. (Debbie) of North Adams, Randy Wood (Sue) of Clarksburg, Valerie Turner (Craig) of North Adams and Brian Wood (Karla) of Stratford, Conn.; and her sister-in-law Rita Allard. She is also survived by her children, she leaves 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
