She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Orlando DiBartolomeo and Christine Brochu. She is survived by: her daughters, Jayla Jewett and Jayvaliyah Salas; her parents, Pam Jewett and Lanny DiBartolomeo; her siblings, Jordan Jewett, Brandon Jewett, Asia DiBartolomeo, Ava Potter and Gabriel Potter; and her grandparents, Phillip Jewett (Cheryl) and Jean Ann Krause (Timothy). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins as well as 3 Nieces and 4 Nephews.
