He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Cincotta (Eagan). He is survived by: his wife Florence Cincotta (Smith); his daughters, Margaret Cincotta (Laura) of Athol and Catherine Cincotta of Billerica; his stepchildren, Laura Sullivan (Robert), Lisa Robinson (Frank), Linda McInnis (James) and Lawrence J. Smith; his grandchildren, Alex, Joel, Jillian (Austin), Francis, Alexandria, Courtney, James, Nicholas, Kaitlyn and Linda; and his sister Jennie DeFina of Waltham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
