He was predeceased by: his brothers, John, Thomas, Peter, Edward, George and Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Brucato (Podufaly) of North Andover; his daughters, Adrienne Tober (John) of Westport and Deana Meinke (John); and his grandchildren, Jet Tober, Sean, Emma, Brooke and Ava Meinke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sister-in-law and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Make A Wish Foundation (Gift Processing Center - P.O. Box 97104, Washington, D.C. 20090-7104) or any other children's charity as causes for children were near and dear to David's heart.
