She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Perry and Helen Perry (Roche). She is survived by: her siblings, Joyce H. Szczapa (Alex) of Atkinson, NH, Connie H. O'Neil (Tom) of Merrimack, MA, Frank J. Perry (Carol) of Medford, MA and Martha H. Mailloux (Ken) of Salisbury, MA.; and her sister-in-law Rhonda Chase (Bob) of Lincoln, NH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
