He is survived by: his parents, Margaret Collins (James) and Paul Collins Sr.; his daughters, Melanie Rudy of Lowell, MA and Natalie Rudy of Pelham, NH; his grandchildren, Miannalis Rudy and Achilles Virola; his siblings, Paul Collins (Kerry Collins) of Salem, NH, Shawn Collins (Lisa Collins) of Salem, NH, Christopher Collins of Salem, NH, Timothy Collins of Salem, NH and Noelle (Brian Brazil) of Salem, NH; his goddaughter Kelsie Collins; and his girlfriend Kristen Sullivan of North Andover, MA.. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and family.
