He is survived by: his wife Marianne Pascarella; his son James Caruso Jr.; his daughter-in-law Nancy; his grandchildren, Michael Caruso (Angel Caruso) and Kaitlyn Caruso; his daughter Marianne Genito; his son-in-law Manfredi; his granddaughter Emilia Genito; his son Thomas Caruso; his grandchildren, Antonia Caruso, Maria Caruso, Elizabeth Caruso, Jacqueline Caruso and Nicholas Caruso; and his brother Salvatore Caruso (Virginia Caruso).
