She was predeceased by: her husband John P. Cushing; her parents, Albert Moritz and Helen Moritz (Michaels); her daughter Marian Ciruolo; her granddaughters, Amy and Stephanie Cushing; and her brother Albert Moritz.
She is survived by: her children, John Cushing, Joan (Tom Sands), Stephen Cushing, Denise (Bob LaRoche) and Gregory (Alison Cushing). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
