With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John David Gerard Armitage (North Andover, Massachusetts), born in Methuen, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 29, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Henry G. Armitage Jr. and Mary Louisa O'Hearn Armitage. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Brown, John Armitage and Blythe Armitage; the mother of his children Barbara Armitage; his siblings, Anne, Henry, Jude, Christopher, Mary, Francis, David, Joseph, Patrick, Timothy and Anthony; and his grandchildren, Poppy of York, Eddie of York, June of York and Rosie of York. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
