He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Collins and Marie E. Collins (Fitzpatrick); and his siblings, Richard and Janice Collins. He is survived by: his wife Anne L. Collins (McAuliffe); his daughters, Maura A. Collins of St. Petersburg and Erin Collins Whitney (Gregory Whitney) of Chelmsford; his brother Paul Collins (Elizabeth Collins) of Kittery Point, Maine; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Michael, Natalie and Colin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
