He is survived by: his spouse Kandace Potvin; his stepchildren, Felicia Rejniak and Jonathan Rejniak; and his siblings, Jean-Yves Potvin (Carole), France Mansur (Charles), Jacques Potvin, Danielle Colum (Howard), Michael Potvin (Theresa) and Nathalie Ouellette (Jedson).
