He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra I. Milstone (Gilman); his son Richard S. Milstone; his sisters, Bertha Hirshberg, Sandra Raphaelson and Sylvia Daniels (Sym); and his uncle Edward.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy J. Shanahan and David M. Milstone (S.); his grandchildren, Richard S. Shanahan, Alexandra R. Nickel-Milstone (Nicholas Charles) and Matthew E. Nickel-Milstone; and his sister Tillie Milstone.
