He was predeceased by: his mother Roberta Decelle (Miron). He is survived by: his father Robert H. Decelle, Jr. (Gail Ralston) of Andover; his sisters, Meridith Finegan (Tom Finegan) of West Greenwich and Carolyn Decelle (Jeremy Goddard) of North Andover; his aunts and uncles, Kathleen, Richard Burbank of Chesterfield, Virginia, Michael and Paula Decelle of Pelham; and also Danielle Curtis.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Scott's memory may be made to Lahey Hospital Medical Center in Burlington.
