She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Hale and Magdelena Hale (Wettach); her husband Hans W. Wenzel; and also Stella. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Wenzel (Jonna) of New York and Philip Wenzel (Rebecca) of Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Nolan and Shea; her brother-in-law Friedrich Wenzel (Sylvia) of Pennsylvania; and her sisters, Dorothy, Barbara, Jane and Jeanette. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
