He was predeceased by : his wife Ruth Leyden (Bjork); his parents, Thomas Leyden and Catherine Leyden (Cullen); and his sister Mary Travaglia. He is survived by : his children, Deborah Leyden of Amesbury and William M. Leyden (Joan) of North Andover; his stepchildren, Sandy, William Boulanger of Chichester, NH and Julie Kennedy of Derry, NH; his grandchildren, Kelly, Megan Leyden of North Andover, Sean, Emily Kennedy of Lee's Summit, MO and Laura Pezone (Mike) of Sunapee, NH; his great grandchildren, Levon Pezone and Onyx Kennedy; and his siblings, Francis Tassinari, Catherine Orlando, Alice Lynch, Helen DiFraia, Lorraine Bennett, Robert and Thomas Leyden.
Memorial donations may be made in his memory to U.S. Marine Toys for Tots, American Diabetes Association and American Heart Association.
