With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew Kubasek (Northampton, Massachusetts), born in Mocanaqua, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 3, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Nancy Davis; and his siblings, John, Joseph and Katherine Latka. He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Puchalski (Mecia); his children, David (Mary Ann) of Hatfield, Mary Ellen Englaish of Northampton, Joanne Lavertue (Michael) of Chester and Carol LaValley (Richard) of Greenfield; his parent-in-law Darryl Davis of San Francisco; his grandchildren, Michael Kubasek, Joshua Kubasek, Robert Englaish, Sarah Englaish, Elizabeth LaValley, Alexander LaValley, Drew Davis and Julian Davis; his great grandchild Elisabella Englaish; and his sisters, Helen Boyton and Ann Skowronek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
