She was predeceased by: her brother Anthony Caputo. She is survived by: her children, John Mazeski, Jr. of Florence and Sherry Perrier (Mazeski) of Northampton; her siblings, Marie Milczarek (John) of Easthampton, Judith Caputo and Victor F. Caputo, Jr.; and her wife Denise of Williamsburg. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
