She was predeceased by: her husband James B. O'Connell; her brothers, John Kislo and Micheal Kislo; and her niece Susan Kislo. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy M. Matusewicz (Edwin) and Stephen O'Connell; and her brother Joseph G. Kislo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
