She was predeceased by: her sons, Steven and Timothy; her grandson Nathaniel Langlois; and her brothers, John Wood and Robert Wood.

She is survived by: her parents, Berkley Wood and Lodia Wood (Lavalle); her husband Robert F. Maher; her daughters, Kerry Loux (Douglas) of Florence and Christine Langlois (Lawrence) of Holyoke; her granddaughters, Katherine Delson (Steven), Mary Ann (David) and Eliana; and her brother George Wood of Maine.
