He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sicard and Claire Sicard (Boyer). He is survived by: his wife Sally Jeanne Sicard (Start); his daughter Samantha Sicard of Northampton; and his brothers, William Sicard (Ann Marie) of Hatfield, Timothy Sicard (Sheila) of Westfield, Donald Sicard (Carol) of Easthampton and Stephen Sicard (Robyn) of Easthampton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
