She was predeceased by: her parent Locharles Zagata (Rutkowski); her husband John F. Cysz; her son John "Jack" Cysz; and her granddaughter Theresa Cysz. She is survived by: her parent Joseph Zagata; her children, Gregory Cysz (Barbara) of Easthampton, Ronald Cysz and Sandra Jones (Robert) of Owensboro; her daughter-in-law Linda Cysz of Lee, MA; and her sister-in-law Valerie Milewski of Amherst, MA.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
