He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Raymond Balise and Rose Balise (Gromaski); his fiancée Linda Pieciak; his children, Brian Balise, Kevin Balise, Karin LaBarge and Kristi Balise; and his sisters, Patricia Douglas and Jan "Maggie" Balise.
