It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Follis (Northampton, Massachusetts), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on April 12, 2018, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Michael Thomas and Melissa Thomas; his daughters, Meleah Follis and Madeline Follis; and his brother Matt Follis.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions be made to the GoFundMe page to help pay for funeral expenses.
