He was predeceased by : his parents, David A. Rocha and Martha Rocha (Hassett); his son Charles P. Rocha; his brother William; and also Mary Ann (Flaherty).
He is survived by : his children, David L. Rocha, Jr. (Anna) of Rehoboth, William V. Rocha (Margaret) of Stoughton, Peter D. Rocha of St. Petersburg, FL and Kathleen Hall (Jeff) of Raynham; his siblings, Martha Buler of Norton and George Rocha; and also Martha M. Lajeunesse. He is also survived by eight granddaughters; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
