She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lyon and Marion Lyon (Holt); her sisters, Elizabeth and Janet; and her husband John Stoddard.

She is survived by: her children, Robin (Kimball Hobbs) of Walpole, Maine, Andrea (Damien Benson) of Marblehead, MA and John A.; her grandchildren, Ben Hobbs (Sara) of Avon Lake, Ohio, Julie Hobbs Currid (John) of So, Daniel Stoddard of Stamford, CT and Christopher Stoddard of Brooklyn, NY.; and her great grandchildren, Emily, Currid, Amelia and Emerson Hobbs.
