It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Manning of Norwell, Massachusetts, born in Arlington, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 10, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Manning and Elizabeth Manning of Medford, MA.; and his siblings, Judy Bauld and Donald Manning. He is survived by : his wife Judy Manning (Gates); his children, Debbie (Will Marquart) of Kingston, MA and Michael (Jessica) of Duxbury, MA.; his granddaughters, Abby, Maddie, Katie, Izzy Manning, Emma and Olivia Marquart; and his sisters, Joan Cook of Reading, MA and Janet Coley of Oceanside, CA..
