He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Kustka and Eleanor M. Kustka (Finnegan); and his brother Kenneth J. Kustka. He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Kustka (McLaughlin) of Norwell; his sons, Joel R. Kustka (Courtney) of San Francisco, CA, Jason E. Kustka (Ashley) of Newton, MA and Daniel P. Kustka (Katherine Scarlata) of Quincy, MA.; his grandchildren, Eamon, Saoirse and Olive Kustka; and his siblings, Paul G. Kustka, Audrey M. Kustka, James F. Kustka and Kevin J. Kustka. He is also survived by extended family, nieces, nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, funeral arrangements are private.
