She was predeceased by: her mother Jessica Alice Breeyear. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, James Donnelly, III (Jay) of Florida and Jacqueline "Jacquie" Donnelly Browchuk (Brett) of Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Elisee Donnelly Browchuk and Ian Donnelly Browchuk; and her pets, Sasha and Stella.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Historic St. Mary's Church (10 Lodge St, Albany, NY 12207). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charlotte's memory to the Trustees of Boston University/Center for Neurorehabilitation.
