She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur M. Gulla; her parents, Anton Survila and Dorothy Survila (Milton); and her son Michael A. Gulla. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan M. Hanley (Terry) and Dianne M. Ehrlich; and her grandchildren, Jason Ehrlich (Michaela), James Ehrlich (Corey French), Keith Gulla, Craig Hanley (Caroline) and Cameron Hanley. She is also survived by extended family members and many friends.
