He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diana Petruzzelli (Giammarco); his children, Stephen Petruzzelli (Florence) of Hull, Melissa Russell (Gary) of West Roxbury and Brian Petruzzelli of Hermosa Beach, CA.; his grandsons, Matthew, Jonathan, Anthony and James; and his siblings, Augustine Petruzzelli (Phyllis) of Jamaica Plain, Frank and Joseph Petruzzelli. He was also cherished by many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home (456 High St, Dedham, MA 02026). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Denis Church (157 Washington St, Westwood, MA 02090).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Rudy's memory to the American Red Cross.
