He was predeceased by: his sister Penny Lee Zartman. He is survived by: his father Jean-Marie Alden (Willis) of Carver; his children, Kevin S. Tubman Jr., Tiffany M. Ortellado (Tubman) and Matthew; his mother Pamela Jean Goff; his brother-in-law Terry Zartman of The Villages, Florida; and his siblings, Katherine L. Ducasse (Richard C. Ducasse) of Windsor, Utah, Cyndi Tubman-Woodman (Pam Woodman) of The Villages, Florida, Kenneth L. Tubman II (Diane Tubman) of Middleborough, Massachusetts and Steven F. Tubman. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
