He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis (Hanbury); his children, Julianne (Gregg McQueen) of New York City, Robert (Jennifer) of Nolensville, TN and Marianne Sweeney (William) of Braintree; his brothers, James Hallion of Readville and Paul Hallion of Westwood; and his grandchildren, Noah Welby, Madeline Welby, Megan, Abigail, Elizabeth Sweeney and Jack McQueen.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bob's name to The Cape Cod Times Needy Fund, P.O. Box 804, Hyannis, MA 02601.
