She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel W. Cahill of Oxford; and her parents, Thomas P. and Helen M. O'Connell (Cove). She is survived by: her children, Daniel J. Cahill (Cheryl) of Oxford, Maureen C. Barry (Richard C. Barry Jr.), Boylston, Paul T. Cahill (Eileen) of Miami, FL, David W. Cahill of Douglas, Kathleen H. Maitland of Vernon, CT, Anne M. Cahill (John Scirpoli) of Shrewsbury and Patricia C. Talbot (Anthony) of Worcester; her siblings, Rev. Paul T. O'Connell of Shrewsbury and Patrica R. Wickstrom of Northbridge; her grandchildren, Ryan Cahill, Sean Cahill, Erin Rose, Katelyn Ahern, Christopher Barry, Courtney Barry, Adam Cahill, Andrew Cahill, Brett Cahill, Sarah Stafinski, Ashley Cerri, Jessica Rosa, Olivia Talbot and Lindsay Talbot; and her great grandchildren, Hailey Cahill, Grace Cahill, Luke Cahill, Mark Cahill, Molly Rose, James Rose, Rowan Ahern, Colette Ahern, Madilyn Cahill, Maila Cahill, Parker Stafinski, Peyton Stafinski, Maddox Cerri and Delilah Cerri. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Paradis-Givner Funeral Home (357 Main St, Oxford, MA 01540). A Mass will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Roch's Church (332 Main St, Oxford, MA 01540). A burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at the St. Patrick's Cemetery (1 Cross St, Whitinsville, MA 01588).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Roch's Church, 334 Main St., Oxford, MA 01540, or to Notre Dame du Lac Assisted Living, 555 Plantation St., Worcester, MA 01605.
