She is survived by: her husband Ralph Demarest; her children, Carole Pavlu (Thomas) of Palmer, Patricia Kopec (John), Alicia Ford (David Burnham) and Ralph A. "Randy" Demarest (Kathleen) of East Longmeadow; her sister Donna Cislak; her grandchildren, Nicole Gibbs (Isaac) of Thomas, Michelle Kopec, John Kopec Jr. (Cassie Dagata), Erin Demarest, Sarah Kopec, Nikolas Demarest, Michael Kopec, Kerianna Pavlu, Victor Herscher, Ariel Herscher, Joey-Marie Walker, Nicolas Walker and Jayden Walker-Smith; and her great grandchildren, Aslan and Levi Gibbs. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
