He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Herlihy. He is survived by: his wife Antonia "Toni" M. Wahlers of Palmer; his mother Adeline Herlihy of Pelham; his children, Pamela Keith of Palmer, Michael Wahlers of Palmer, Richard Wahlers, Jr. of Palmer and Ronald Wahlers of Worcester; and his sisters, Kathleen Martell of Pelham, Maureen Genholt of Monson, Doreen Hennihan of Monson, Colleen Berry of Monson and Arleen Herlihy of Pelham. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
