He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar William Manseau and Jacqueline Irene Manseau (Leblanc); and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee (Koch) of Ware; and his children, Richard Clifford (Denise) of Easthampton, MaryAnn Kortes of Belchertown, Eric Clifford (Erin) of Hudson, Jennifer Wood (Charles) of Fairfax and Rebecca Coughlin (Warren) of Ware. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
