He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Sullivan and Margaret M. Sullivan (Murphy); his brothers, Dan Sullivan and Frank Sullivan (Monica); and his brother-in-law Bob Lee.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Lee of Peabody and Kevin Sullivan (Paula) of Billerica; and his sister-in-law Lois Sullivan of Chelmsford. He is also survived by his nineteen nieces, nephews and many great nieces and great nephews and devoted friends.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Church, Medford or Care Dimensions Hospice.
