She is survived by: her parent Polish Wolak; her husband Frank Zak; her children, Francis Zak (Patricia) of Longmeadow, MA, Mary Archambault (Leo) of Lynn and Leocadia Zak (Kenneth Hansen) of Washington, DC; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Archambault of Lynn and Leocadia Archambault of Lynn; her great grandchildren, Amelia Stank of Lynn and Aiden Stank of Lynn; and also Sophie Wolak (Pryga). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
