She was predeceased by : her parent Leverne J. Taylor; and her sister Mary Beth Taylor. She is survived by : her parent Judy Blair Taylor; her husband Michael J. Collins, Sr.; her daughters, Amanda L. and Katie L. Collins; her stepson Michael J. Collins, Jr.; her wife Lori of Pittsfield; her granddaughter Chloe Gordon of Pittsfield; and her brothers, Steven J. Taylor (Laura) of Pittsfield and Gregg M. Taylor of Pittsfield.

Calling hours at DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St. Pittsfield, MA will be Thursday from 5 to 7 P.M. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to Hospice Care in the Berkshires or The Berkshire Humane Society both in care of the funeral home.
