He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Jacobs; his daughters, Denise Forkey (Kevin) and Corrine Armstrong (Wayne); his grandchildren, Shaun and Morgan; his great grandchildren, Georgia and Teagan; his grandson James (Brittni); his great grandchildren, Kaiya and Raelynn; his grandsons, Blake and Andrew; his siblings-in-law, Kathy (Randy Fullhart), Rhonda (Jay Fitzwater) and Rich Jacobs; his nieces and nephews, Steve Fullhart, Richey Jacobs, Abby Fitzwater, Grant Fitzwater, Maggie Cahill (Janet Haire), Richard, Kathy Reilly, Robert and Cathy Reilly; his great-nephew Brian; his great-niece Wendy Reilly; his cousin Maureen Montambo; his parents-in-law, Ruth and Richard Jacobs; his sister-in-law Sharlie Jacobs; his nephews, Kevin and Michael Brady; his niece Cindy Jacobs; and also, Gavin, Stella Reilly, Kathy Brady Schulte (Tom) and Anita Brady.
