He is survived by: his parent Russian; his wife Nancy L. Bunar (McKenna); his sister Mary Zamaitis; his children, Michael (Andrea), Michele (Kevin Donohue) and Matthew (Jennifer); and also, Andrew, Sabrina, Samantha, Kevin Patrick, Jennifer, Connor, Sophie, Sadie and Tommy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in Alexander's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
