With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alvin Edward Wood (Plymouth, Massachusetts), who passed away on June 15, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Alvin Wood and Elva Paoli Wood; his former wife Carolyn Bell of Savannah, GA; and his wife Mary Caramello. He is survived by: his children, Steven Anthony and Alicia Marie; his stepchildren, Stephen and Lauren Caramello; his sisters, Audrey, Beverly and Cynthia; and his grandchildren, BJ, Brett, Joel, Angela, Alexa, Luke, Stephen, Jami and Jill.

In lieu of flowers, we would like to ask anyone wishing to do so make a contribution to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Alzheimer Research.
