Starcher (Novak) of Middleboro, MA; his children, Charles A. Starcher (Julie) of Woodstock, GA and Cassandra M. Hurder (Fred) of Cumberland, RI; his sisters, Glenna Veith (Starcher) of Oakton, VA and Donna Webb (Starcher) of Lawton, OK.; his grandchildren, Shawn, Brian, Alex and Bobby; and his grandparents, Iva Davis of Spencer, Everett Starcher of Spencer and Icy Starcher of Spencer.
