He is survived by: his wife Donna Lowell (Edwards); his children, Arthur Lowell (Melissa) of Middleboro, Melissa Lyn Fitzgerald (Missy) of Middleboro and David Lowell II; his grandchildren, Bryan Clifford, Brianna Merino, Zakery Lowell, Kevin Fitzgerald, Leah Fitzgerald, Sadie Lowell and Seth Lowell; his great grandchild Skye Fitzgerald; and his siblings, Michael Lowell of Georgia, Wanda Cloutier of Vermont and Wendy Lowell of Virginia.
