He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Leo and Mary Jane Forster (MacInnis); and his wife Ruth Forster (McKenna). He is survived by: his children, Donald Forster of Plymouth, Sally Kelley of Plymouth and Mark Forster (Nina) of Marlborough; his grandsons, Michael Kelley (Meghan), R. Timothy Kelley, Mark Forster, Jr. (Lauren) and Stephen Forster; and his great grandchildren, Jade, Cameron Kelley and Mark Forster, III. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
