He is survived by: his spouse Punnee "Penny" Burgess (Sangruttana) of Plymouth; his children, Jay Burgess (Kimberlee) of Hopkinton, NH, Jennifer Burgess of Natick and Malisa Schuyler (Brown); his grandchildren, Cameron, Lincoln and Alexandra; and his former wife Mary Jane Burgess (Woodland).
